EUPMO Project Holds Final Forum on Current Challenges in EU Project Management
Final forum
The Final Forum entitled “Project Management in the EU: Current Challenges” was held as part of the project activities. The event brought together experts, practitioners, students, representatives of local NGOs, business professionals, and other stakeholders to discuss the latest challenges and developments in project management within the European Union.
During the forum, participants exchanged views on current approaches to project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Particular attention was paid to the use of reliable data and evaluation results in supporting effective decision-making, improving project performance, and ensuring the sustainability of EU-funded initiatives.
The forum provided participants with an opportunity to share experiences, discuss best practices, and explore practical solutions to the challenges encountered in EU project management. It also contributed to strengthening professional networks and promoting cooperation among project management professionals, academic representatives, students, NGOs, and the business community.
The Final Forum served as an important platform for dialogue among stakeholders and contributed to a deeper understanding of current trends and future priorities in EU project management.
