"PMO Talks" Event Series Held at UNEC within the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module

As part of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module activities, the "Effective Project Management in the European Union: Best Practices and Case Studies" (EUPMO) project at Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) hosted a series of events under the title "PMO Talks."

The primary objective of the event series was to enhance UNEC’s knowledge and skills in project management while supporting the university’s successful participation in international projects. Discussions focused on the fundamental principles of project management, the role and functions of Project Management Offices (PMOs), and modern management methodologies applied in EU-funded projects.

Participants exchanged insights on best practices for effective project planning and execution, the organization of teamwork, and strengthening communication with stakeholders. The event served as a platform for knowledge-sharing, enabling experts and project managers to explore innovative approaches to improving project efficiency and ensuring sustainable outcomes in EU-funded initiatives.
