UNEC Hosts EU Summer School within the Framework of the EUPMO Module
Summer school
As part of the ERASMUS+ Jean Monnet Module “EUPMO – Effective Project Management in the European Union: Best Practices and Case Studies,” Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) organized the Summer School Program, a comprehensive training initiative dedicated to promoting excellence in European Union project management.
The Summer School brought together students from Uzbekistan and other foreign European countries, providing them with an intensive learning experience focused on EU project development, management practices, and international cooperation opportunities.
Combining theoretical knowledge with practical approaches, the program equipped participants with essential skills and competencies required for successful engagement in EU-funded projects. Throughout the training sessions, students gained insights into the project lifecycle, funding mechanisms, proposal preparation, and effective project implementation strategies.
The program created an interactive learning environment where participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences, develop international networks, and enhance their understanding of European project management standards and practices.
The EU Summer School serves as an important component of the EUPMO Module’s activities, contributing to the development of a new generation of professionals capable of successfully designing, managing, and implementing international projects. Through such initiatives, UNEC continues to support the internationalization of education, strengthen academic cooperation, and promote active participation in global funding and research programs.
