Elevate Your Projects with Effective Project Management in the European Union - Unveiling Best Practices and Case Studies!

About EUPMO

The proposed module, entitled "Effective Project Management in the European Union: Best Practices and Case Studies" aims to raise awareness and improve individuals' understanding, skills, and abilities related to utilizing available European Union (EU) grants.

This proposal aims to address these gaps in knowledge, skills, and competences related to EU education and research programs, available grant opportunities, and project management. The target group includes students from various disciplines, young researchers, NGO members, and some policy makers. The module will also provide opportunities for networking and building strategic partnerships among the target group. This type of module is not currently offered at universities in Azerbaijan.

They will also develop practical skills in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management, and will be able to apply these skills in their own work. It is expected that this module will contribute to the development of a more effective and efficient project management culture within the European Union.
